Munster Poultry Show 02-06-2013
The weather favoured us greatly on the 2nd June 2013 when Coolwood played host to the Munster Poultry Show. All classes were well supported with over 90 birds on show, we had ten classes in all with some of these classes being split into males and females.
Our judges Tadg Kilcummins and Ian Satchwell both hailed from Roscommon and were pleased to welcome them both back down to Kerry.
The big winner on the day was Coleman Kelleher from Farranfore winning best in show with his Rhode Island rooster.
Reserve best in show went to Steve French from Bantry.
Best water fowl went to Jason o sullivan from Skibbereen.
Best over all junior went to John Hurley from Drinagh.

 Munster Poultry Show 06-05-2012 
On Sunday the 6th of May2012 Coolwood Wildlife Park played host to the annual Munster Poultry Show. This year the show had 125 enteries.
There was eleven classes with the true bantam class proving the most popular having the most enteries.

The judge on the day was George Mc Guire, who was most impressed with the very high standard of poultry that was on show.

The big winners on the day was Eva Hurley from west Cork who won best in show with her Cuckoo Orpington rooster.

Best waterfowl went to Alex Hartnett from Tralee with his Indian runner drake.

Best junior exhibitor went to Laura O Sullivan from Skibbereen.

Best junior waterfowl went to Kieran O Sullivan also from Skibbereen.

The Bring and buy poutry sale was also very well attended. A great day was had by all! our next sale is on the 3rd of june.
Munster Poultry Show 02-05-2010 
The annual Munster Poultry Show on 02-05-2010 had 110 entries which included entries from Offaly and all over the south.

The secretary of the Irish Poultry Fanciers Club, Beverley Downe from Waterford was the hardworking judge on the day.

The Overall Show Champion was a ten month old Dutch Bantam Cockerel owned by
Gerard Lynch, from Knockane, Listowel.

The Reserve Champion title went to Tommy and Colin Butler, Banagher, Offaly.

Other winners:
Junior Class went to Dan Herlihy, Glengarriff.

Reserve Champion Kyle Griffin, Castlemaine.

The duck class went to Mary O Sullivan, Skibbereen.
